A yo-yo of radius 2.8 cm is held so that its centre is 1.2 m above the ground. It is released and dropped. When it is 0.30 m above the ground, it stops falling, then quickly rises back up in the air. What is the rotational velocity of the yo-yo at its lowest point? What is its rotational velocity when it is 0.45 m above the ground?
