A dam controls the water level of the lake behind it by opening a flow pipe to allow water to exit out the base of the dam. The water level is 10 m above the pipe inlet. The pipe descends 20 m to the exit on the other side of the dam. The pipe diameters are shown in the figure below.

Calculate the exit velocity of the water from the dam. Assume water density = 1,000 kg/m3, and atmospheric pressure is 100,000 Pa.
